RETURN POLICY

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your Daddy's Girl merchandise

You may exchange and return unused items within 14 days of date of the purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging in original condition, with tags attached. 

To send an item back to us, please enclose the Daddy's Girl invoice/packing list which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Daddy's Girl cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 week for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

If you wish to exchange your products, please write on the invoice/packing list and specify which product, size and color you would like to exchange to. If the new products amount is less than the original orders value please include your bank details (SWIFT/BIC and account number) and we will transfer the exceeding amount to your bank account within a week. Once your refund/exchange has been processed we will send you a notification by e-mail.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us. Once we have confirmed the product defect or other problem, we will:

- provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time (14 days ) following the sale; or
- at your option, repair or replace the goods at our cost (including the cost of postage), unless this would not be possible or would be disproportionately costly in the circumstances, in which case we will refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for defective goods.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
